Wagsta Store Policies

Welcome to Wagsta – Campbell River’s Online Community and Business Marketplace!  Store policies are listed for your information and to assist you in shopping.  If you have any questions regarding these policies, please email us at (link to contact page) or phone at 250-203-3787 during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm PST.  If you should reach our answering machine, don't fret, we check it often and will get back to you promptly.  (Tip! Emailing is sometimes faster)

Shipping Policy

Orders over $20.00 are shipped for FREE.  Order less than $20.00 are shipped within Campbell River for $5.00.  All orders can also be picked up at the retailer.

All orders placed for Campbell River delivery are delivered within 2 business days to only street addresses.  You will be contacted via email and phone to arrange a convenient time to deliver your order.  The person who placed and paid for the order must be available to sign for receipt of the order.

Order requiring shipping and placed before 11 AM PST, Monday-Friday are shipped the same day.  Orders placed after 11 AM PST, will ship the following day due to UPS pick up times.  We process and ship Monday-Friday.  Wagsta is not responsible for service transit time.  Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays and may vary with package destination, particularly during peak periods.

Wagsta ships only to street addresses in Canada and the USA.  We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska or to international destinations.  We ship UPS Ground only.

Returns/Refund Policy

We aim to please.  Therefore, we know you will be completely satisfied with your purchases.  However, in the unlikely event that you would like to return or exchange your product, please read below for details.

All items listed as "ALL SALES FINAL" will not be accepted if returned, and no credit will be issued.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will refund the amount of the item(s) to your credit charge account not including shipping and handling fees. You may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase or to simply receive a refund.

Here’s a checklist of your return/refund condition requirements:

  • Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
  • The products must be returned in new condition.
  • You must include all packaging materials.
  • Packing material must not be torn or damaged.
  • Must be returned in original packing box.
  • All items shipped back will be at owner's expense.
  • Products with price tags/stickers affixed or soiled labels/boxes.
  • Books must be in mint condition.
  • Custom-manufactured products cannot be returned

All Cancelled Orders after shipping (including international orders) are subject to a 30% restocking fee of the items total. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any items for an exchange, or refund, as long as you return it within 30 days from the order date and the product is in PERFECT condition.

A refund or credit for the cost of unopened merchandise, less a 15% restocking fee will be issued when merchandise is returned within 10 days of receipt. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. We will not pick up items to be returned.

Wagsta must be notified by email @ Contact or telephone 250-203-3787 within 48 hours of you receiving your purchase of any shipping damage.  We will not pick up items to be returned.

We accept returns by UPS ONLY.  Failure to ship your return by UPS will result in lengthy delays or denial in processing your return.

Products are free of damage when an order is shipped.  Although we pack very carefully, damages may occur in transit.  Please contact us within 48 hours if you should receive a damaged or broken product.  Make sure to save all contents, including packaging for UPS to investigate. The investigation may take up to two weeks to complete, these are UPS policy and procedures.  Replacement items will not be shipped until the claim has been resolved.
